The 77 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls as well as a TV. You can enjoy a shared outdoor area (with other guests) with the other house "La Escalincha", the covered porch of the lagar and a large outdoor terrace. There is also a non-heated swimming pool for guests to enjoy and a barbecue is available on request. Relax on a sunny afternoon while enjoying the spectacular mountain views. Up to two pets are allowed for an extra fee per night Air conditioning is not available. Wines and fruit available on request, for an extra fee and depending on the season. It is also possible to organise a tour to see how wine is traditionally made in a winery (subject to season). Events are allowed on request and food in the winery can be organised for an extra fee. For people with reduced mobility, an entrance with a ramp can be organised (with prior notice). Please note that there are access stairs to the entrance of the property. This property is equipped with 2 surveillance cameras located at the main access points. These cameras only record the entryways to the property and do not capture images of private areas or the interior of the property. All footage is managed in accordance with current data protection regulations and is used exclusively for access control and security purposes.

The main house, "El Sarmiento" (77 m²), features a living room with a sofa bed for two people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, suitable for 6 guests. The second independent house, "La Escalincha" (30 m²), has a small living room, kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, suitable for 2 guests. In total, the capacity is 8 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), television, and a cot available upon request. Outside, you can enjoy a covered porch and a spacious terrace. A barbecue is available upon request from the host. You can also relax in the private (unheated) pool and enjoy the mountain views. Pet policy: Pets are allowed upon request; please ask about the surcharge. The pool is for human use only, for safety and hygiene reasons. A suitable cage is available. The property does not have air conditioning. There are stairs at the entrance, but for guests with reduced mobility, a ramped entrance can be arranged upon request.
